The Southeast Missouri Regional Planning Commission serves Bollinger, Cape Girardeau, Iron, Madison, Perry, St. Francois and Ste. Genevieve Counties. Within the seven-county Region visitors can enjoy history, mountains, fishing, country festivals and fairs, city excitement and spectacular scenery. And the best part may be that the Southeast Missouri Region is easy to reach and easy to enjoy.
With over 57,000 acres of National Forest land, seven well-developed state parks and dozens of public conservation areas, Southeast Missouri is a great place to explore on foot, bike, horseback, or even an off-road vehicle.
